You can return unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise. Items
may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase for a merchandise exchange
or a full refund based on the original form of payment. Either e-mail us at info@esmedical.com
or call us at (800) 635-1008 for a Return Merchandise Order Number. Follow these instructions to return any ES Medical purchase. 1. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the bottom of the invoice form and note the reason why. 2. Indicate if you want us to credit the credit card used to place the order or want an exchange for another garment. Customer pays the cost for shipping the exchanged order. 3. ES Medical does not refund shipping charges on returns. 4. We strongly recommend shipping via UPS or the Fedex so your return shipment can be tracked. All credits will be processed on the last day of the month.
